• 11 Aug 2010: 上京中都内の蘭店でC. labiata f. rubra x sib. ('Schuller' x 'Ching Hua')を購入。 ちなみにその蘭園を訪問したのは2度目で四半世紀ぶり
• 23 Aug 2010: ネットオークションで落札したC. percivaliana 'Alberts'を入手。
• 02 Sep 2010: ネットオークションで落札した蘭9株が届く。
• 18 Sep 2010: ネットオークションで落札した蘭1株と通販で購入した2株が届く。
• 28 Sep 2010: ネットオークションで落札した蘭2株が届く。
• 11 Oct 2010: ネットオークションで落札した蘭1株が届く。
• 24 Feb 2011: ネットオークションで落札したBc.パストラル「イノセンス」が届く。
• 21 Mar 2011: 長崎市の園芸市でデンドロビウム・カシオープ(Den. Cassiope) 3株 --うち1株はカシオープではなくクレナイ(Den. Kurenai)と開花後判明--を購入。
• 26 Mar 2011: ノビル系デンドロビウムで有名な蘭園のネット通販で注文したデンドロビウム苗3本が届く。
• 02 Apr 2011: ガストルキスさんより蘭4種4株を頂く。
• 13 Apr 2011:
  • ネットショップで購入したデンドロビウム2種とネットオークションで落札したヨネザワラ・ブルースターが届く。
  • 近くのDIYショップで花終りで処分品として売られていたミニカトレア(Pot. スターカーニバル「シリウス」)を300円で購入。
• 18 Apr 2011: 宮崎県の蘭園に注文していたLc.トーキョーマジック「6-1」が届く。
• 21 Apr 2011: ネットショップで購入したC.インターメディア・アキニー・セルレア --後に注文したのとは別の商品、 これはむしろフラメアと店からの連絡で判明-- が届く。
• 27 Apr 2011: 注文したC.インターメディア・アキニー・セルレアが届く。

The following is the list of orchids I have bought and/or have been taking care of since I started gardening again on May 2009 (51 species and hybrids, 66 formas). When I created this webpage I once mentioned that I could hardly afford more orchids since I am planning to leave Japan. But in reality...

• 10 Dec 2009: I won two orchids by on-line auction for unexpected cheap prices.
• 06 Jan 2010: I bought one pot of Paphiopedilum since I got interest in the genus again.
• Moreover, I ordered one more Cattleya hybrid "to save the delivery cost".
• 22 Apr 2010: I won two more orchids by on-line auction for cheaper prices.
• 28 Apr 2010: Fortunately or not, I found three formas of a Cattleya hybrid (Sc. Fairyland) with name plates (which are rarely seen in Nagasaki) at a big florist's, and bought them for much cheaper prices since all of the pots had ended flowering...
• 10 Jul 2010: Fortunately or not, I noticed two Cattleya hybrids, viz. Lc. Haw Yuan Angel 'Little Beauty' and Blc. Haw Yuan Beauty with name plates at a florist's near the Chinatown of Nagasaki, and bought them for half of the prices of them in bloom...
• 24 Jul 2010: I ordered a pot of Cattleya hybrid, Lc. Memoria Jack Hayden of which kind of hybrids are rarely seen. On the following day, I won a pot of Paphiopedilum Phips, a classic hybrid, by Internet auction.
• 11 Aug 2010: During my visit of Tokyo, I visited an orchid shop for the second time for quarter a century, and bought a pot of C. labiata f. rubra x sib. ('Schuller' x 'Ching Hua') of blooming size.
• 23 Aug 2010: C. percivaliana 'Alberts', which I fetched at an Internet auction, arrived home.
• 02 Sep 2010: Nine pots of orchids, which I fetched at an Internet auction, arrived home.
• 18 Sep 2010: One pot of orchid, which I fetched at an Internet auction, arrived home with other two orchids purchased.
• 28 Sep 2010: Two pots of orchids, which I fetched at an Internet auction, arrived home.
• 11 Oct 2010: One pot of orchid, which I fetched at an Internet auction, arrived home.
• 24 Feb 2011: Bc. Pastoral 'Innocence', which I fetched at an Internet auction, arrived home.
• 21 Mar 2011: bought three little pots of Den. Cassiope at a gardening festival in Nagasaki city (later one of them was identified as Den. Kurenai).
• 26 Mar 2011: Three little pots of Dendrobium (nobile and its hybrids) arrived home.
• 02 Apr 2011: four pots of orchids were presented from an on-line friend of mine in Fukushima.
• 13 Apr 2011:
  • two dendrobiums and one vanda/neofinetia hybrid arrived home.
  • bought a pot of cattleya hybrid (Pot. Star Carnival 'Sirius') for 300 yen that was discounted due to the ended flowers.
• 18 Apr 2011: Lc. Tokyo Magic '6-1', which I bought at an orchid shop in Miyazaki on-line, arrived home.
• 21 Apr 2011: C. intermedia f. flamea coerulea arrived home by accident.
• 27 Apr 2011: C. intermedia f. aquinii coerulea arrived home.

What I want to say is that one orchid gathers another; it must be a universal law.
